A hurricane is blowing through town today.
\nI have been mesmerized all day long,
\nPeriodically staring out at the circling overhead.
\nI see things in the clouds.
\nI see hungry vultures,
\nChickens with their incessant squawking.
\nThe humans in the buildings bounce up and down.
\nPeople are hyperventilating on the fresh cool air.<\/p>\n
There is a huge sunspot eruption belching gas and particles at us,
\nThey say the aurora borealis is coming to eat the world.
\nI feel like getting in a car and driving north forever.<\/p>\n
On second thought, I am just going to wait.
\nCan\u2019t drive a car anyway.
\nI will spend my time blinking and exuding body fluids.<\/p>\n
