\"\"<\/a>I awoke laughing, as\u00a0 I usually do,<\/p>\n

but this time because a most peculiar thought<\/p>\n

had occurred to me<\/p>\n

as I emerged from a dream about ghosts,<\/p>\n

the regular kind,<\/p>\n

this idea strutted into my brain like the walking dead back from a night on the town,<\/p>\n

and the idea was that we haven’t found any ghosts<\/p>\n

scientifically speaking, they are like the Higg’s Boson,<\/p>\n

a lot of buzz, but you can’t catch one at a zoo,<\/p>\n

and maybe this is because we keep looking for a ghost<\/p>\n

where we think we detect the signs of a ghost,<\/p>\n

but maybe that’s not how ghosts work,<\/p>\n

so maybe we need to set up an experiment,<\/p>\n

realizing that if there are ghosts of people,<\/p>\n

there should be ghosts of ants,<\/p>\n

so what we need is a Particle Collider<\/p>\n

for ants,<\/p>\n

and we kill millions and millions of ants<\/p>\n

by smashing them into each other at high velocity,<\/p>\n

and we watch for ant ghosts,<\/p>\n

as the byproduct of ant death,<\/p>\n

in a controlled scientific way,<\/p>\n

so<\/p>\n

i built the collider<\/p>\n

and i call it the The Heavy Ant Collider,<\/p>\n

and just to be clear: the collider is heavy, the ants are normal<\/p>\n

so<\/p>\n

all i need now is a lot of ants,<\/p>\n
